Michael J. Silver
Overview:
Mr. Silver is a founding member of Silver & Arsht and is the head of the firm’s family law practice. With nearly 40 years of litigation experience, Mr. Silver knows the large financial and emotional cost a contentious divorce can cause. As a result, Mr. Silver is an effective and highly sought after mediator, who is able to settle divorces ranging from extremely complex, to straightforward. Through his knowledge and integrity, Mr. Silver has earned the trust of may judicial officers, as he often acts as a Judge Pro Tem and is regularly appointed as a discovery referee by Superior Court judges.
